These watches were called "Golden Star". Also on the dial of watches with a solid gold case was often appropriate the imprint "Golden Star". However, the case was not necessarily made of solid gold, also gilded variants exist (see watch shown). The AS (Adolph Schild S.A., Grenchen) impresses with a very low height of only 2.8 mm.
Also a master version has been brought to the market, then with additional imprint "Meister" on the dial.

The variants of the "Meister" version shows no constructive differences of the movement. Probably the master version was adjusted more precisely.
